Our client is a leading insulation company. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer focussed and technically minded individual to join their busy team in the role of Technical Advisor. Within this role you will provide a comprehensive and efficient technical service to all external and internal customers. Using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will provide detailed support for SAP ratings ‘On Construction Energy Assessor’ (OCDEA) along with U-value, psi-value & heat loss calculations.

 
Job Description:

With a proactive approach to problem solving, you will provide SAP calculations, offer advice and specification solutions to all customers on the use, application performance and cost effectiveness of all Knauf Insulation products. This will require you to develop and maintain good technical knowledge of all the company’s Insulation thermal, acoustic and fire protection products and applications and markets in which they are applicable combined with knowledge of their competitors
 
Skills and Qualifications
They are looking for a qualified ‘On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor’ with a commitment to excellent customer service to make this role a success. With working knowledge of the construction industry, the specification process and current building regulations, you will be able to interpret construction descriptions, sketches and drawings with ease. Excellent IT, reporting and data interpretation skills are essential and you will possess an aptitude for producing SAP calculations. The nature of this role requires you to deal promptly with a high volume of enquiries in a manner that instils confidence and trust in all company products and services.
