You will provide a full financial review on the client’s finances, offering the best advice and guidance to customers to meet their requirements.
As well as offering advice from the whole of the mortgage market, you will also be required to maximise cross sales opportunities, ensuring that the client is fully aware of the whole mortgage process. You will have access to the internal data-base, you will also be required to generate your own leads.
Clients will include: First Time Buyers, High Net-Worth Clients, Remortgages, Adverse Credit mortgages, Shared Equity Mortgages, Right to Buy Mortgages.

Experience Required
- Applicants must have a at least experience of working within a mortgage advice environment ideally working with a range of lenders
-Full Cemap Qualified Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3
- Candidates need to be highly motivated and have a strong desire to earn money as a Realistic OTE of £60,000 + Year One – Year Two £70,000 - £80,000
