Job Description:
The role is responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement on all manufacturing related issues such as Cell management, quality, engineering, health and safety, hygiene, environmental and process control. Coaching and teamwork within the Cell will be vital of which this role is a major driver, and so the individual will be expected to demonstrate a positive attitude, enthusiasm, drive and a tenacious will to succeed.

The successful candidate will likely be an apprentice-trained electrical/mechanical engineer allied to extensive FMCG manufacturing experience. It is expected that anyone fulfilling this role would have also gained a HNC qualification in either electrical engineering or manufacturing allied to a full understanding of world class techniques.
